Parish Notices for the 14th Sunday in Ordinary Time

1. There will be a meeting of the CCSJ: St. Joseph/Mt.D'or Parish Group on Sunday July 14, 2013 after the 8.30 am Mass at the Presbytery. 
2. Laventille Devotions is next Sunday, July 14th. Please contact Isidora Mitchell to confirm your attendance & to reserve a seat on the Maxi. 
3. Mass for the Sick and Shut-Ins is on Saturday 20^th July at 10AM at  St. Joseph. Extraordinary Ministers who take Holy Communion to the Sick, please make arrangements for these persons to attend this Mass. If transport is needed or if you can assist with transport, please notify Chris Singh or Isidora Mitchell. We also need to know how many persons will be attending so that a meal can be provided for each person. 
4. Our annual Independence BBQ is on Saturday 31^st August. As always we are counting on your support and if you would like to assist please contact Deacon Jeffrey.
5. In last weekend's Catholic News there was an article on changes in the posture during Mass. This change will be implemented from the first Sunday in September. However there will be catechesis on change during the month of August.
